RecommendedStrand Apartments is quite simply a wonderful place to live. Spacious, upscale, great amenities, clean, and well-maintained. All the staff and management are friendly and helpful.....you aren’t just a number, they know who you are and always say hi ! Definitely recommend The Strand !
I am always timid on moving into a new place but with the strand it was different. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about you and your needs/wants are. Jackie & Reyna have always been such a help and they are always willing to answer any questions that I have. I love being able to call the Strand my home!
The staff is so friendly and helpful and the entire complex is simply amazing! From the apartments to the amenities, you definitely get the whole package 🙂
This complex is absolutely beautiful! First time I walked in the leasing office, I felt very welcomed. The staff is very helpful and sweet. When I went on a tour of the area, Jackie was very informative and was willing to answer all of my questions. When I was shown the model apartment, I was very happy with the way it was set up and kept clean. They offer many amenities to make living easier. They location is also very nice. Great apartment community! I have lived here for the last thirteen months and have loved every minute of it. The community is very clean and I have always felt safe. It's located in Oviedo with great access to the major highways. The property management does a great job of being engaged in the community and the maintenance crew is very professional. the staff is friendly and follows through quickly on requests. the apartments are very modern and have phenomenal storage. it's my happy place!!
First off, Heres a #LifeProTip to The Strand: if you're going to have your staff leave FAKE GOOGLE REVIEWS, at least be smart enough to have them use a fake name. See screenshots in the link below/picture in comments for proof that Jackie from the office wrote a false good review.
