My partner recently passed away and I was referred to 'The Store' for our church flowers. After speaking to Lesley I was confident that she would do exactly what we were asking her. On the day of the funeral, the flowers were in place within the church and they were absolutely beautiful, exactly as we requested. Lesley provided the flowers and some decorations for my wedding and my god they were absolutely amazing, Lesley is such a lovely bubbly woman but also knows exactly what she is talking about, she listened to my bride 100% and delivered on it ten fold, there is no oh it’s your wedding so let’s charge you 10 times what you’d normally pay she just genuinely wants you to have the most amazing day and for a very very affordable price, DO NOT THINK TWICE, book her now and to you Lesley I thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️
What an absolutely enchanting store, brimming with beautiful treasures, my idea of heaven. It had a warm welcoming feel and I can’t wait to revisit. A must if you love unique and beautiful homeware. Update - well I did revisit and just had to make a purchase. Was looked after by Lesley whose expertise made my purchase even more beautiful with the addition of some beautiful dried poppy heads. What a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning browsing round this gorgeous shop and coming away with a few treasures.
Avoid at all cost It’s been reassuring to read other reviews on this shop as it’s revealed the relentless and ill mannered nature of the staff here, particularly what appeared to be the owner. Don’t get me wrong, this *looked* a shop my friends and I couldn’t wait to peruse but don’t be fooled by the nice displays. I (like many others it appears) took a photo of the interior of the shop, particularly the workshop which is fully on display, with beautiful decor which, low and behold, looks like a display.
