Was a fun and funky hotel, great service and I would definitely stay again
Too many rules and regulations. Total confusion, we couldn’t charge our drinks to our room without physical ID which we obviously was left in our hotel safe, Although we had our room keys and a picture of our ID drivers license on our phones this wasn’t enough. Room cards kept getting disactiveted. At check-in no one explains about the amenities and how to get around. Everything is left for you to learn by your mistakes. My fave hotel, in LA, since 2004. Even if only for one cocktail hour.
Very nice the old meets new design aesthetic was neat.
