We had a fabulous stay, staff so great!! Alma is an amazing restaurant. ... thank you for a great stay, best shower ever....
LOVE it here.....the cactus lounge with KCRW DJ Valida was soooo great! The duo with the harpist Cristina Black & Lianna was amaaaazing....quite a unique & beautiful performance. Love the vibe out by the pool & in the lobby.

You pay for the experience not for the quality of the room. While the theme of the hotel is extremely creative and fun/interesting to be a part of, the quality of the beds and pillows were lacking. I did enjoy the feather duvet - very European - however, the cable was horrible and there were no plugs for charging my phone near enough to the bed that I could charge and use the phone at the same time.
