The valet had more attitude than anyone else here! The hotel is cool; room prices aren't too outrageous for LA; just know parking is valet only; $42 overnight; seems like they royally screwed me! Room was $195 and pkg
The staff has been very nice and wonderfully helpful. I wish the soap and shampoo and conditioner didn’t smell like men’s cologne, though. This place is super cool and they have 24/7 room service! �
Cleaning crew, valet, front desk, servers/bartenders, I mean really, The staff was superb. We stayed in one of the wow suites and it lived up to its name.
We had a great stay. So comfortable. Really good food. Friendly.
They double charged my credit card I guess they are hard up to make money by stealing I will be in touch with the establishment also some people that work there need to smile and be polite you work with the public customer service should be 100% especially at a place that is supposedly upscale on the sunset strip beware and pay cash if you go. Also the place reeks of cigarette and feet odor once you walk in the front door.
