Amazing staff I was there for a month and two weeks and they made me better and I have been stepped down thanks so much to all the staff cleaners docters nurses cooks activity people and education at the St aubyn Centre thanks for making me better you derisive this 5 stars ☺
easily the worst ward ive been in, when i was first admitted all of my clothes were taken and i was left in a random persons clothes for 3 days that didnt even fit me !! i spent the vast majority of my stay extremely angry and stressed due to staff being basically useless, none of my needs were met and i wasnt supported in any way, staff were incredibly rude and uncaring, half of the agency staff shouldnt be allowed near children, how staff still have their jobs and the ward is allowed to stay open and running ill never know
I honestly couldn’t say anything negative about SAC. During my time there, the staff constantly went above and beyond to provide the support I needed. They took the time to listen to me and to try and understand what I was going through. They encouraged me the whole way through and despite it not being an easy journey, they continued to believe in me and filled me with hope that things would be okay eventually. All of the therapeutic and education staff were so lovely and caring too, they did so much for me. I am so grateful... read more
