This was the worst experience of my life at a hotel!!!! The room was completely overpriced and our shower was clogged to the point it flooded our bathroom. It wasn’t even fixed until our second day. When I told the front desk they offered to waive the $16 resort fee, that’s it. I would never stay here again or recommend it to any of my friends or family.

RecommendedMy family celebrated my 40th, and my Dad’s 66th on Wednesday, and my Mom’s 61st (from the Wednesday prior). Our room (2 queen bedrooms and a living area) was great, we had a nice view of the Mother Spring. The pools were relaxing and it was especially enjoyable at night! I love the adults only area, although next time, I will venture towards the river. We were promised a romantic honeymoon getaway... what we got was a trip from hell. We planned and booked for an entire week, but we were awoken by room service there to clean and clear out out room 1 day early. They never offered to accommodate or figure out the room discrepancy. We were asked to leave, and the hotel staff sat outside our door as we were rushed to collect our stuff. 30 minutes to collect our stuff and leave.
