RecommendedHighlights are the hot springs pools obviously. It's really cool with 17 different pools. And they do keep them pretty clean. Lowlights - very pricey. Very. Especially for the Pagosa Springs area. And if you end up in Room 501, expect to be awakened early and often by the gate to the pools area banging shut every time someone goes in.

Absolutely terrible experience. If I could go lower than one star I would. This business took my information and plans for over a month in "accomodations" and completely failed on the date of arrival. The rooms were smudged and dirty as if the room never got cleaned. They promised private access with private soaks, but didn't mention that the pools were completely dirty and saturated with trash, crowded and smashed together.
