Bought tickets to go to there hot springs even adjusted our trip to fit the available dates but once we got there we were told they were full & it didn’t matter that we had bought tickets months before the staff we interacted with was rude and short tempered telling us it wasn’t there fault because the tickets were sold by a third party I will definitely not return anytime soon
The Springs advertises itself as a relaxing getaway, but nothing could be further from the truth. During our stay, there were kids screaming and jumping off of the hot tub, into the swimming pool. Also, there was constant talking in all of the hot springs that we visited. This wasn’t relaxing, this was more like a kids’ waterpark! Terrible experience, overpriced, and no relaxation for my fiancé and I, whatsoever. Would give 0 stars, if I could.
The spa massage was wonderful!
My entire family, 2 years old to 40, had a wonderful time. The pools were so relaxing. A temperature for everyone. Our 2 year old especially loved being able to go down to the river. A wonderful way to unwind.

We were told absolutely required based on state policy and we requested to cancel as we weren't aware. The person at check informed us due to it being less than 4 hours we would be charged. We explained we were from Arizona and weren't aware a... read more
Great atmosphere and friendly people.
Any type of an estimate of wait times for the public to access the pools would have been helpful... We drove 5.5 hours from Northern Colorado only to be told by the people coming out of the pools (not management) that it was an hour and a half wait at minimum. I had called the front desk and they simply said "theres a bit of a wait", with no more information. Thankfully our cab driver told us about the Overlook, happy to have found this as our go to place in the future!
For a Thursday there were a lot of people. Finding a place to sit was difficult. Limited amount of people per pool (Covid). Grounds looked great. I always love coming here.
