Iesha and Angie were absolutely amazing we went down for my birthday and was treated like royalty! Amazing customer service these 2 ladies gave!!
Love this place! Second time there. Iesha and Shawna (don't know the spelling) at the desk of the bathhouse were the best! Super friendly and helpful! Will definitely be going back. 10/10 would recommend. Just watch out for the lobster pot, its a hot one.
The Springs Resort & Spa is an amazing place to retreat, relax, and introspect. The springs are amazing and the food is delicious. The staff there is awesome as well! They are friendly, resourceful, and great conversationalist. The wonderful people working the front including Shauna, Will, Angie, and a few others I unfortunately forgot the names of, were especially kind and helpful! I cannot wait to go back again!
We traveled from East Texas to Pagosa on our way to see our daughter in Montana. We stopped into the resort to check on their prices and the staff was so friendly. We told them where we were from and that my husband was an army veteran and state trooper in Texas. We decided to check out of our cabin and come back to enjoy the hot springs for a few hours before we had to get on the road again. When we got back to the hot springs and were about to pay, the staff told us they were doing random acts of kindness and decided to gi... read more
I have been coming here for years. glad to see some changes with the new management. the food option is nice to have now. the hot springs are always great. although the number of young kids is more now and is hard to relax when they are jumping, kicking water, and just being kids. I do have to say that after all these years the room was old, beds were small and uncomfortable shower did drain very well and for what I paid I expected better specially since it was a suit. don't get me wrong they have some great rooms I have sta... read more

So let me tell y’all a little story about the hot springs... This was one of the things I was most looking forward to on this trip. As it goes, tickets are $56/person for top tier access. Okay, cool. So we planned on going the first day of the snow ( Sunday Nov. 8 ). The four of us pull up to people standing in a line outside wearing masks. So we put ours on and hopped in line. The people ahead said they had been waiting for 45 minutes and the people ahead of them for an hour. The boys weren’t too happy, but Anne and I insis... read more
We drove four hours to get to the resort for our anniversary, than had to sit in the lobby for two hours because of the super late check-in time of 4 pm. They said we could go soak in the hot springs while we wait. but after driving four hours how do you expect us to go change in the bathroom like transients, then lug all our luggage back to our car, then when our room was finally ready check in, soaking wet from the springs. the late check-in wouldnt be as bad if they also didnt have a 10 am check out! This isnt motel 6, th... read more

Hi Tony, Thank you for your valuable feedback about your experience at our resort. We are very sorry to learn that we did not meet your expectations. If would like to send us your contact information to further discuss your experience please send an email to info@pagosahotsprings.com or send us a message via Facebook messenger. Thank you, The Springs Resort & Spa
we only spent a few hours there with a day pass ....my only complaint is you have to pay a re-entry fee if you want to leave and come back. we had hoped to soak in the morning have some lunch do some shopping then soak again in the evening. a day pass should be just that...a days pass..
Amazing views. We loved the hot springs in the snow...we will definitely make this our yearly tradition. Bartender was the BEST!
