Got here. Was put on the list. Told an hour and a half to two hours. At 2 and a half hours. Went in to be told it was going to be another 2 hours. Waited another hour and a half. Called and was told it was going to be another 3 hour wait. Nothing was posted about the wait times. I drove over two hours to come. Leaving disappointed. Will take my business to Durango where they have a better system and was able to book an appointment online.
RecommendedThe resort is nicely laid out with pleasant views to enjoy from pools of various temperatures (85-109 degrees). I personally enjoyed taking a dip in the river after soaking in the warm water. The staff members are friendly and accommodating - especially Grace, Jessica and Shawna at the front desk
Excellent family fun... It was a perfect get away~ The service was like no other- “Definitely 10”The best girls up front that were so kind- Greeting us with such happy spirts♥️ Grace, Shawna and Jessica. Top of the line.... We will definitely be going bk the girls helped us have the best times!!! Thanks for everything 👍🏼

The young lady who works at the Spa is Amazing. She is so helpful and kind. Her name is Rey. I definitely will be coming back!
We went with our family and Angela Lucas (spa ambassador and supervisor) was so kind to sponsor our admission. We love this place and come back regularly. It's clean, family friendly and right on the San Juan river. Breath taking views!
We had massages and it was wonderful. The hot spring where beautiful & lots of good temps to choose from. The waitress named Maddie Treated us so well. She was awesome 🌠🌠🌠

Our family had a little situation today and Matt on the hot springs side went way above what was necessary to make it right. It clearly demonstrated to me that he understands how to handle a situation and to produce a positive outcome for both his crew and his customers. We will certainly be life long supporters of The Springs and we are already thinking about our next visit. Props also go out to Lorena, one of the outside servers who clearly excels in the craft of serving others.
