Our motorhome was taken to Spectrum after damage caused by someone trying to steal the van. There was some delay in the parts being delivered by Peugeot. Throughout the time we waited for the repairs, Kevin Lock from Spectrum kept in contact with us, and as soon as they received the parts, the repairs we carried out immediately. We had the van returned, cleaned and ready to use again. The service was very good, the staff all friendly and helpful, and would recommend to others.
Just picked our motorhome up after a repair to some car park damage. Spectrum have dome such an amazing job. Colours matched new decals you cannot tell the area repaired. DO NOT trust anybody else this is the place. Such a professional well equipped workshop.

My Skoda Superb was repaired at Spectrum West Thurrock after someone reversed and crashed into it. Very happy with the repair that was carried out at this site and would recommend them no matter of a big or small job you might have. Kevin handled the claim in a professional manner and kept me informed throughout the process. Paul was the one that did the QC and he also made sure I was happy with the repair.
