RecommendedI stay at here and this is the best apartment complex over ever stayed in. the staff is wonderful and so welcoming. if you’re looking for a place to stay in mhk definitely check this place out!
Replace manager with someone who is about customer service and does not have a DEAL worked out to have your car stolen by Complete towing so he can make money on your stolen vehicles, too. I tried for 10 hours on 19JAN20 to get him to call me and I have not heard from him, yet.

RecommendedThe staff is super nice and helpful and the fact that the apartment comes fully furnished made my move from California way easier. I was disappointed with the lack of storage space especially in the kitchen. The pool and joe bar are my favorite things about the apartment though and the individual leasing options make it so you don’t have to worry about roommates not paying rent.

I have tried to contact my apartment complex, Spectrum, here in Fayetteville, AR, but I have been unsuccessful. There are bees and ladybugs coming into our apartment. We are at least killing 10 or more every hour. The apartment refuses to come in seal the weather striping around the door, saying it’s something we have to take care of ourselves. I find this very hard to believe. I have a multitude of health issues and I am allergic to bees, but nobody at the office seems to think it is an emergency for them to come out here. ... read more
