Replace manager with someone who is about customer service and does not have a DEAL worked out to have your car stolen by Complete towing so he can make money on your stolen vehicles, too. I tried for 10 hours on 19JAN20 to get him to call me and I have not heard from him, yet.
Recommendednice size units close to campus and Dickson street
I have tried to contact my apartment complex, Spectrum, here in Fayetteville, AR, but I have been unsuccessful. There are bees and ladybugs coming into our apartment. We are at least killing 10 or more every hour. The apartment refuses to come in seal the weather striping around the door, saying it’s something we have to take care of ourselves. I find this very hard to believe. I have a multitude of health issues and I am allergic to bees, but nobody at the office seems to think it is an emergency for them to come out here. ... read more
The “employees” here never know what they are talking about. They can never get on the same page and it just seems unprofessional and disorganized. Apartment was overpriced for an “upgraded” room. You call painted cabinets upgraded and charge extra a month for it. I’ve been moved out for 2 months and still dealing with their mistakes. Ridiculous.

Lived here for 3 years. Through out those years i had my car vandalized 3 times. Someone tried to break into the apartment while i sat on the couch right inside. Also had someone break in and steal multiple totes full of items for my home throughout the seasons. The management did NOTHING every time i told them i felt threatened. No new street lights. No new security. Absolutely nothing but an “I’m sorry.” This place is trash.
I have lived here for two years and have been happy with the service. Initially Had a situation with the roommate match (first term) but it was took care of diligently! Any and all requests have been took care of and the staff have always been good to me! Only reason I am moving is because I am now engaged and are moving to non-student housing with my fiancé!
This was the absolute worst place ever. I never felt safe walking outside. Management didn’t care if things were broken for WEEKS before fixing it. And I came home one night to armed police surrounding my building because my downstairs neighbors were dealing drugs out of the apartment. It’s poorly lit, cheaply made, and no one in the office knows what they’re talking about. Don’t live here, you’ll regret it as soon as you move in.
If I could review this place even lower I would, this place is the most terrible place I have ever lived in my life. They continuously leave notes on my door about loud music and my dog not being on a leash, well this morning I was approached by a dog that was NOT on a leash and I asked the owner if they had received the note and he said no... weird, huh?
