It's a great place to live with the amenities that come with it. everyone seems very nice that live and work here. the management staff is amazing. couldn't ask for a better place to live.
the only good thing about The Reserve is the maintenace staff. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The management staff is beyond terrible, the AC has been out for over 3 days and they’ve yet to fix it, I would tell everyone to stay away from this complex

We are terribly sorry for you AC experience. It is awful to not have central air conditioning in Texas at this time of the year. We are dedicated to fixing problems correctly, so we installed two window units in your apartment. While the window units are not ideal, they will keep you cool while your outside condenser unit is being replaced. We will do better to give you the level of care that you deserve; thank you for your patience.
The apartments are old and even though they have put new flooring and counter tops in some the doors and fixtures are old to the point of being nasty !! The grass even has fleas!! The apartments aren't insulated very well therefore you have a high electric bill. $165 month for a one bedroom apartment with AC set at 78!! And half the time the AC doesn't work!! They don't respond to maintenance calls very well with my belief that they do not relay the messages to maintenance especially after hours. And shall I say how Terrible... read more
When I lived at the Gramercy, my apartment had a bee problem for months and they never did anything to fix it even though we called over 10 times complaining. We literally had bees in our apartment every day. We had black mold that contributed to me having severe hive breakouts, and they claimed to have fixed it, but did not, they simply covered it up. Terrible customer service. Maintenance is a joke. The front desk help is rude. My daughter has maintenance ticket since November 2019, still not resolved and ceiling leak is getting worse. Absolute zero help after you sign the lease. Do yourself and your college kid a favor and don’t lease here.
Do not move here, period. Please read the comments about this place before you even consider giving them any money. This place is full of nothing but scam artists. The front office will find every single tiny thing to fine you for, and provide absolutely no explanation or evidence to what the fine is for. Every outlet, plus in, wall, and door has 20 layers of paint over it and makes the place look completely trashy. Horrible gnat problem. Not to mention the brown recluse spiders. Disgusting. Unlivable. Doubt I’ll be compensated in any form due to the dangerous living situation they had me in, in addition to being constantly sick because of the mold in the walls.
