hmmm a lot of things. treat their clients with respect and not be rude. plus on the lease says each cat or dog is each 150$ first payment and then 25$ a month each. so why is there a client have 2 dogs and a cat that run loose attacking other dogs and she only pays for 1 dog? and now looking for another. also she smokes in there when your rules say no. she is hogging a 4 bed room and peeing on your couches and destroying the apartment. she is bragging she gets away with it and you seem to not care. so can I rent a apartment ... read more
Maintenance takes forever and sometimes they don't even fix the problem. The front office staff just gives you the run around when there are real concerns or ignore you completely. I've asked to speak with the general manager multiple times and have either been ignored or pushed off to someone else. This place is a joke and knowingly gives misinformation to tenants.
I love leaving here it’s very safe and clean the people is very friendly the leasing office workers or down to earth and always here to help you and the 24 hours Maintenance is the best I would recommend this apartment to any one
I absolutely love my apartment. It's conveniently located in Midtown St. Louis and just seconds away from the Central West End. The units are very spacious and the amenities are awesome. The staff members are always pleasant, professional and helpful.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE CAR, THE RESERVE IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO YOU!! Mainly if you have to stay here for a whole year. Or, be prepared for facing difficult with transportation. However, you don't need it. You can find much better complex's options at this location! I feel frustrated that other complexes around The Reserve keep there shuttle running even in the break and here they do nothing to improve it. Much more now, that Campus is not off and Walmart is not closed, but The Reserve has stopped its shuttle. We are facing a diffi... read more
RecommendedI’ve been living here since January 2020 and I really love it. My 2 bedroom apt is furnished and modern, my roomie is wonderful, and there’s a lot of amenities. I really enjoy how fast maintenance responds to requests, the staff here and their amazing assistance, and the cool events they host!
