The most awful spa ever!!! I had been ringing the spa from 9am -12pm. Apparently the number is old on Google and they’ve not updated it. The receptionists that work there are so rude. I wanted to use the pool and sauna and now apparently I can’t as I need to be a member. Then I told them I don’t mind paying the spa day price as I really needed some downtime and they just didn’t seem to be happy to serve me. I brought the spa and massage with lunch and prosseco for my wife and I as a Christmas present with a great offer from Living Social and I must say it was well worth it. The venue is first class and the treatment massages were ace. Well worth a visit
Filthy dirty facilities, grit & litter around the pool edge. Hair wrapped around drains. Sub loungers are all broken. Black mould in the steam room, If that isn't a health hazard then I don't know what is. Shams as it used to be good.
LGBT+ REVIEW . No hostility experience being trans. Lovely stay here with my friend. Dinner was lovely and the chips were unreal , I know bizarre to compliment chips but honestly they were amazing 🤩. Breakfast was good the coffee machine was unreal lol . It's a shame we couldn't have bath robes when we used the spa seems quite tight that tbh . Reception and cleaning staff were particularly lovely . If we ever end up in Telford again , we will aim to stay here .
