Before you ever consider staying here you should Google what their own employees say about the resort and the management. The shear filth and what goes on behind the scenes flows over into the customers lap. DO NOT waste your time at this place.

Wejust ended our stay there and I have to say it was WONDERFUL! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast at Barefoot was so good as were the Macho Nachos at the pool side Cantina. My husband and I loved everything. The room was so nice!!! Thank you Paradise Point Resort for a beautiful time. We will be back.

This was our first time staying here, we definitely won't return, housekeeping sucks our room doesn't get cleaned till about 4:30 our tub was absolutely disgusting I was at them to get it cleaned never did I had to go buy cleaning supplies & I had to clean it myself, now pretty ridiculous, I felt like I was home. They do nickel & dime you We have been spoiled by all inclusive You definitely can't go wrong with all inclusive especially in Mexico.. Playa del Carmen. Plus adults only is excellent!!!

A 4pm check-in is a tad late. I'm sure they changed the bedding but I'm not sure if sand should be in the bed. Great location with plenty for the kids to do. For the cost though... a earlier check-in and a bed without sand would of been preferred.

Nice beach getaway. The pools are very nice in a tropical setting. The rooms look recently remodeled. It could be cleaner for the price but overall a nice place.
