Front desk really poor service waiting 1:00 hour for my room to be clean from 4:00pm check in till 5:12 and far from my conference room 560 + pathetic not a good experience, working on costumer service 30 yeas I now the male Team at front desk not care much about it I'm a expert face attitude reader.
We were married here October 12 2007 Love it!!! Enjoyed the beauty and the service.

Amazing food, tremendous service and a tropic getaway minutes from downtown San Diego! Perfect!
The grounds are beautiful but the rooms are a disgrace. Very old and wierd smell. The bed is super old and uncomfortable. Won't stay again. Catamaran is close and it's very nice, similar price and they take care of their rooms.
All the staff was friendly. They know what customer service is all about! Beautiful all around! I didn't want to leave! Please let me know what that scent is that you use in your lobby! Paradise for sure!
Had a nice stay at Paradise Point! We love the location! The grounds are beautiful, lots of tropical plants and flowers. Our room wasn't bad ( orchid room ) , very comfortable mattress and down pillows. However, bathroom needs some improvement, (no vanity space or storage available) as does the patio! Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very friendly! The bar is nice, however prices are a bit high for what you're getting! In all, we would come back!
