We come here every chance we get fir the past 7 years. They always have great customer service and make you feel special!
Amazing place to spend a vacation, loved every moment overthere!
This outside is beautiful but the rooms could use some work. I walked around barefooted in my room and when I was ready to go to bed, I looked at the bottom of my feet and they were black. I had taken a shower earlier so I know I had clean feet to start with. The floor never felt clean my whole stay. I stayed for a week. I told the front desk lady and she wasn't no help at all. My family and I had an excellent time at the resort. Great service, friendly people, comfort qaint room, and best of all the pools, my 8yr old said there the best ever!! Happy kid, happy mom & Dad!!
Ants invaded us both nights we were here and they sent a maintenance worker with a bottle of hot shot green pesticide that had orkins name on it! I'm not having a guy that's not trained to use pesticides spray around my 2 newborns. The first pack and play was missing pieces and parts fell off. I gave one star to the staff they did well and we're professional.
Grounds are nice, rooms are ok, bathrooms could use a lil remodeling. Food sucks!
We have been treated exceptionally well since we set foot on the island. Excellent rooms. Excellent food and attractions close by as well as on the island. I would recommend it to anyone.
Very clean hotel room , really enjoyed the pools as they where also very clean. Only a few complaints - refrigerator did not work I did say something when we checked out and the person at desk said sorry- the other complaint is next time I book I will go through hotel , 70 charge for parking and resort fee thought was just a little pricey did not get that detail when booked . I also have to say the beach area could have been a bit cleaner as the sand was full of broken shells and I got something stuck in my foot. I did enjoy... read more
