One I was given miss information on the price! I was told it was $109 spa month deal, then the bill came to $166 because I wanted deep tissue massage. I was never told it was going to be more than $109!! On top of that I couldn't even relax, because the quiet room had about eight of the chattiest women I've ever been around in my whole life in a spa atmosphere. Terrible manager named Jane, terrible therapist, the treatment didn't work because of the negligence of the therapist. It's really a shame that a place like this, located in a wonderful hotel, have this king of poor, really poor customer service! the manager in charge "Jane" and therapist were a shame, other staff seemed nice, is impressive with their potencial not try even a little to satisfy the client and find a solution.
