We randomly found the Sofa Library on a rare visit to Bristol, as we live in London. Im so thankful. we found it a bit daunting to buy new sofas.. we had an idea what we wanted and what we didn't want. But the team in the Sofa Library were Amazing! i cant rate them more highly. we spent time looking at so many options, taking it through, getting advice, trying sofas out, and we ended up buying sofas we loved, but which we would have Never chosen without guidance. We travelled over an hour to visit and the place was closed, after having to tap on the window at 12pm to be noticed, they then let us in to find a fairly bland selection. The salesman was patronising assuming we could envisage what they didn’t have on display and suggested we bring in lots of pictures to present to them and then they could interpret accordingly. Suggest a review on a customer focused display and some less arrogant sales approach wouldn’t go a miss and it does help to have the doors open within opening hours... read more
The team at sofa library are great. We have two gorgeous new sofas and have just ordered a stool to match one of them. The advice from The team is super helpful, the quality is amazing and they were custom made and delivered in a week (which was exceptional!). Thanks so much to all the team I can’t recommend this store highly enough.
Suki and Chris have been great in helping us to customise the furniture a great deal. The furniture arrived today and we are absolutely delighted. Quality is just superb! The help we received throughout the 'decision making' process and the patience they had with us during our four visits is much appreciated. We also received expert advice which helped. We recommend the company as we considered all the known furniture shops but none of them came up to the level of quality, choice and customisation Sofa Library offered us.
