Went in to enquire if one of their employees had blocked my car in and was spoken to in an incredibly rude and dismissive manner by the person on the intercom. Clearly polite customer service only extends to people who are paying them?
Extremely rude.
Enquired and received a short blunt email stating they were at full capacity and not looking for any more work.
Absolutely useless company. I contacted them about a query, and haven't heard anything back. Very unprofessional.
