They don't have many actual properties for sale, property on their website are all old and sold ages ago, other agents and websites are more genuine
From the onset, the staff and management at the smallholding centre were absolutely great. We had tried other agents, but this company has a light and human touch. They were extremely helpful, patient and professional in all dealings with the sale, despite having to deal with two technophobic old codgers!! I recently bought a house through The Smallholding Centre and I was really impressed by the team. I've come across a lot of estate agents in my time, having moved house more times than I would have liked, and this is the first non sleazy agent I have ever come across.
