My experience with the Insurance and Billing Department has been less than professional on multiple occasions. The woman I spoke with today who has a snarky and demeaning tone. I called in with questions about my account, and instead of simply answering my questions. She felt the need to yell over me when I was talking and she even mentioned to me that setting up a payment plan is common knowledge. after I've called in multiple times to pay on my account. Dr. Overholt was my dermatologist. She very expertly gave me a head to toe examination explaining every little freckle, mole, skin tag, etcetera....why we have them....sun exposure, age, hereditary etcetera.... Not only was she professional, but also caring and she had a very sweet personality.....I wish she was my best friend!

All of these 5* rating I guarantee didn't see Dr. Overholt!! I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. Aside from the fact she was extremely RUDE and unprofessional she BUTCHERED my foot. She directed all questions to her peons. She cut me off while speaking, as what I had to say was unimportant to her. What was, as I was told on the phone, a "no big deal", ended up leaving me unable to walk for a week (with a 3 month old baby). She was unavailable to give me pain medicine. Dani is very professional and gives my two year old hugs every time we go in for my monthly visit. She takes her time, answers questions, and is very thorough.
They are very caring and take the time to talk to you and make sure I understand everything. My husband had to have a precancerous area cut off his neck and they took care to make sure that you can't even see a scar. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
