Very unpleasant experience

Dr. Grande was very pleasant. She took time to answer my questions and very thorough.
When I have an appointment I have to wait AT LEAST 10-20 min before I'm seen. But when I'm running 10 min late due to traffic, I'm told the employee already left for the day and no one else is available. They're only open until 5 pm and it is difficult to get a convenient appointment for people who work full time. I won't be returning.
