Lovely staff, made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The spa was lovely and women who massaged us were amazing! They really care and are very sweet, Everything was clean and well kept and they really do make every effort to ensure we were having a good time. Great value for money. An absolutely wonderful experience shared with my mum here for her 60th birthday as a gift, great location and value for money. We got the Love and lounge spa day which included bubbly and non alcoholic drinks for my mum, 1hr treatments and use of the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room which was fabulous. when we arrived we were greeted with drinks robes, slippers and towels and shown around. Amazing private spa experience! I have never been to a spa that was private and just for us, the spa was beautiful and we felt completely pampered and spoilt. Massage pressure was firm and the oils they use smell divine, the spa it self is a completely private experience with a hot tub, sauna, steam room and showers. I would highly recommend. Thank you, I had a facial and lymphatic body massage, I was really happy and it was a Mother’s Day gift from my son. They kindly gave me a gift at the end of my treatments. Beautiful spa and space, had a lovely relaxing time. Would highly recommend.
I was gifted the certificate here and everything looked promising on the website until I arrived and saw that the building was under renovation. I booked the hot stone massage plus an add-on and pretty much the whole appointment I was listening to the renovation sounds and people chatting and going back and forth. Which is not a relaxing experience at all. The whole house is not sound proof and you literally hear EVERYTHING.
