I love so many things about The Sideline!! A couple of things that stand out the most are the amazing staff, the gym members that become like family and the cleanliness!!
This is the best physical therapy anyone could ask for everyone is so knowledgeable and very very good at their job. And care about your outcome at the end. I feel like they have saved my way of life and there is not enough thank you I can say
First, you're always greeted with a smile (which I totally appreciate!)! Secondly, I like the separate areas in which you can go and workout--every section has a different feel. Since Sidelines offers so many things to choose from (classes, different weights & machines, to personal trainers, to a large space to stretch and spin, etc.), I can look forward to conquering weight loss & getting healthy! Also, I feel safe coming, and free to work out (how I would like) because simple, respectful rules are set in place.
