I got introduced to sidelines when I did physical therapy. Now that I have a membership I go everyday!!! There is always a trainer around to help you and there is no such thing as a stupid question with them.
I love so many things about The Sideline!! A couple of things that stand out the most are the amazing staff, the gym members that become like family and the cleanliness!!
This is the best physical therapy anyone could ask for everyone is so knowledgeable and very very good at their job. And care about your outcome at the end. I feel like they have saved my way of life and there is not enough thank you I can say
