I’ve been attending group classes M-Thus since March! Love them! Kicker, Eli and Andrea are top notch! I highly recommend HIIT, spin, Barre and the new class~ cardio blast! Something for everyone! Take time/ make time for you, and your heath! Awesome added bonus~ new friends in and out of class!

refit class is alot of fun if your guest for the first time you get to use gym free sara is a great instructor
absolutely wonderful people best physical therapy on my shoulder i have ever had very considerate to your feelings and needs and will go out of there way to help any way possible
The therapists are very good and really give you a good work out
