The Sideline provides a large variety of equipment and a very helpful staff to help individuals develop a personalized plan. The PT staff is helpful and professional, and they facilitate recovery in the best possible way. I especially appreciate the cleanliness of each part of the facility. A++
I've been going to The Sideline for about a month for a sciatic nerve problem. Reecee and Gina have worked wonders! I'm not limping anymore. I hardly ever get that shooting pain down my leg. And I can pick up my great grandbabies with no pain instead of having someone place them in my lap! This place is such a blessing!
Great place to work out and get a good run, as a group or by yourself! It's always clean, and the staff is always nice and helpful!

Great atmosphere and everyone is always so nice when I walk in... also they have a awesome trainer there Allica Austin aka Kicker who will wear you out with her Les miles work outs!!!
