Comfortable atmosphere with helpful and encouraging staff.
I have never felt so comfortable. For me it is like walking into a judgement free zone. The staff as well as the other members are friendly and encouraging. I love that my youngest child has a place to play while I am exercising. The fact that there is a space set aside for the children sends me the message that it is OK to take some time out of each day to take care of myself. Coming here has been a blessing at a time when I need it the most!
