The team and the equipment at the Sideline are top notch. Their staff and trainers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They offer group classes as well as individualized training. The equipment is well-maintained and the ownership is always looking for new and creative ways to motivate and encourage the clients. 24 hour access and security cameras make it easy for early morning or late night exercise. I belong to the gym which everything is up to date and what you need for your cardio weightlifting class etc etc .I also have used the Physical Therapy depatment everyone is friendly helpful and hand me back to myself in no time.Wonderful everyone from time you walk in till leave.I recommend The Sideline
Definitely the gym of my choice just not in my town... but worth the drive!!
