We ordered our shutters in May 2024 and paid 50% deposit . We were told it would be 12 weeks delivery.. After hearing nothing I contacted Rebecca in August asking when we could expect delivery, I heard nothing then I received a message from her in September apologising saying she had been on holiday and our shutters would be delivered in two weeks .
