After getting estimates to redo our shower, we chose The Shower Pros. The entire experience from the initial phone call to the completed project was great. Juan was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail the process from demo to installation. His crew, the tile installers, and plumbers always showed up at the time they said they would, and always cleaned up when they left. We are glad we chose The Shower Pros, and will use them again for a second bathroom. We love our new shower!!

I chose The Shower Pros over eight other bids and could not be happier with my choice. Their bid was finely detailed, itemizing the charge for each piece of material and labor. When I compared these charges to the prices for the exact item at big box stores, Shower Pros' price was lower or sometimes equal, but never higher. Payments were scheduled to coincide with the completion of specific tasks--whereas the contracts of some competitors required payments on specific dates regardless of how the work was progressing. We are so glad we found Juan A**** and The Shower Pros! We built a new home where the builder did not put in a quality shower that we had many issues with. Juan's team ripped out and built a high quality and beautiful double walk in shower that is magazine worthy. There was communication every step of the way and the pricing was fair and reasonable. My wife and I have just completed a job having 2 showers built by the shower pros. Chris was great to work with in the process of scheduling and planning our job and Carlos and his crew were great as well on the install side of things. Our new showers look great and we're pleased with the results

We had put off our bathroom remodel because we were dreading it. But it needed to be done. The trouble is, in the best of times remodels can be both exciting and challenging, but then add in a pandemic, supply shortages, etc and we had no idea what to expect. Very happy ! Dancing on clouds happy ! We had remodeled the master bath with a differing contractor and less than happy with end product and cost over run .
