We've worked with Chris and his team on two separate home renovation projects now and each was a great experience. First we did a new shower in the master bathroom, and everything from the initial guidance on choice of tile to coordination of a seamless project schedule was excellent. This is the second project we have used Juan A**** for our flooring projects. They have a great selection of floors that fit our family’s needs. Victor is a kind and master installer. We could not be happier with their team. Both projects were done in a timely fashion at a solid and understandable price. If and when there’s another project, Juan will be my first call. We have now had two awesome experiences with Christopher B**** and his installation crews. We are very pleased with our kitchen floor. It was done several years ago. The last of the carpet upstairs was finished earlier this week. It is beautiful. We are so very pleased. I recommend Christopher B**** and his crew. We could not be more pleased. Besides he is a nice guy!!!
We used Shower Pros for a new shower. Juan was outstanding in being very clear about all the steps required and was outstanding in follow up throughout the entire process. The crew he used went above my expectations concerning the detail of their craftsmanship. I have done some bath remodels myself so I really was impressed with the results. We used Shower Pro to re-do our entire master bathroom. We put in a large walk-in tile-shower with partial glass, tile flooring, lighting, shelves, toilet, vanity and lighted mirrors. They did an excellent job and everything went smoothly. The project started and ended on time. Excellent craftsmanship. They are very up-front about everything so there were no surprises.
I was impressed with Juan and the Shower Pros team. I appreciated being kept informed at every stage and I liked the way he broke down each phase by cost. If something wound up costing less than the estimate the difference was credited back to me. Juan's scheduling of the various trades was efficient and was communicated to me in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend Shower Pros and would use them again.
Chris and his team did amazing work. We had previously used a different contractor for some major projects, and were anxious about trying someone new, but we have zero complaints about The Shower Pros. They made the process easy, start to finish, from having a coherent showroom with many options, to having experts lined up for various tasks, to having clear communication about plans and progress. We now have a modern, functional, attractive bathroom for our kids and guests, and really appreciate The Shower Pros' work.
Shower pros/ Juan and his team of contractors did a fabulous job with our master bath / tile remodel. Shower pro’s showroom is very nice and we liked that we could view the bathroom from a co outer screen and see what was going to happen. The contractors were on time, and were a pleasure to have in the home. They were very knowledgeable. Juan gave extremely prompt replies and answered all our questions! Bath looks incredible!
Juan and his team did an amazing job with my carpet, tile, and heated floor replacement. He communicated with me every step of the way and provided great customer service. Everyone I had an encounter with was proficient and professional. I have absolutely zero complaints and I highly recommend him for any job. I will definitely be using his again for my next project!
