I highly recommend Shower Pros. I worked with Chris who is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in a bad spot because someone else had redone my shower but the grout started coming off the floor and when I realized this person was incapable of fixing it, I contacted Shower Pros. I sent Chris some photos and he pointed out a few issues before even seeing it. He and his team made everything right, including faulty plumbing and electrical. Juan just completed the third remodel for me, two bathrooms, and this most recent one was reflooring my main living area. He is very thorough, and knows his craft well. He will not be satisfied until he knows you are. I highly recommend him.

I needed to lower the height when stepping into my shower, so I recently contracted with The Shower Pros for a remodel. The process was very professional and expedient. I first met with Juan A****, the manager and he explained what to expect, included photos to convey the beginning, the progress, and final product. He was patient when I had questions and provided excellent advice. He provided tile samples for me to compare at home to make a final selection. Juan A**** and The Shower Pros are wonderful. We feel so lucky to have found them. Mr. A**** really listened and he was able to steer us towards a solution that matched our needs with our budget. Juan and the entire team at Shower Pros exceeded our expectations. I originally got bids from 5 different companies for our bathroom. After the initial visit with ALL 5 there was only one company we felt confident with proceeding to the next steps. Great experience. LOVE my new shower. Had old shower/ *********tub removed. Replaced with huge tile walk-in shower with a wall instead of glass.. Shower Pros are organized, punctual, and professional. Juan's sub-contractors were amazing. On time...tidy....polite and COMPETENT. Tile installed is stunning. And they cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommend them.

The Shower Pros are absolutely incredible. Juan jumped on the phone with me immediately when I reached out, asked for a few specific photos so he could put together an initial estimate, and met with my wife and I at the showroom to walk us through the entire process and select materials.
