We highly recommend The Shower Pros. In our opinion, they offer unparalleled service and options. Whereas most contractors would only be too glad to rip out our entire bathroom, The Shower Pros were pragmatic and offered repair solutions for our leaky shower that was only 3 years old. My wife and I had a new master bath put in our home a year ago of which we were very pleased with the thoroughness of the work done. After the 1 year warranty we had a leaking problem which was found by a home inspector since we decided to sell our home. Juan reacted to our needs immediately and had the problem fixed that same week. The new buyers were satisfied that the correction was made so quickly. I would highly recommend Floor Factory!
The Shower Pros are terrific! My elderly parents live in Franklin, TN, and I live several States away. I needed help modifying my parents' master bathroom so they may age-in-place. Outstanding team who stands behind their work! We contracted The Shower Pros 6 years ago for a shower install project. Recently one of the products that they used from the initial install malfunctioned and began to leak. The Shower Pros did a full replacement for no charge. We were/are amazed by their customer service. Top notch experience. I highly recommend this company.
We were very pleased with the shower we had installed. Juan A**** met us at the showroom and was a big help in selecting our tile. He was detailed and spent as much time as we needed for selections. From the demo to the plumbers to Pedro “the tile man”, everything went smoothly and was finished when they said it would be. The price was very fair for the quality we received. I would highly recommend them if you need a tiled shower!

What a great job Christopher and his crew did with our bathroom renovation. From a new subfloor, tub, toilet, electrical and extras to beautiful tile and crown moulding, everything was topnotch. Christopher was attentive to details and easy to communicate with. Also, his price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
