Had a leak from the apartment above and very impressed by the speed the issue was resolved. Ben and Kian who came out to sort it were friendly, professional and quick. Happy knowing they're around if any further issues arise 👌cheers!
Amazing service from Ben in the out of hours/ emergency service at Merchant Gate on a Saturday!! Very prompt response and attention by Ben after I have reported drain blockage external to the flat. He was courteous and polite. Very helpful and efficient, explaining the problem and how he would tackle the problem. The blockage was resolved after following Ben's intervention and instructions. Many thanks and appreciation to Ben and the Shires management.
