We had a fantastic experience with Hermione, she understood exactly what we were looking for based on scant information and provided beautiful proposed designs and costings in very short time frames. We also had really positive interactions with Maria who explained very clearly the production process and next steps. For reasons completely outside of the Shaker Workshops control we are not going ahead but would have loved to work with Hermione and the wider team on the project.

We paid for kitchen cabinets up to a cost of around £23k. Firstly, we were not aware that they are manufactured abroad, not that this is hidden, it’s just not forthcoming. An installation date had been agreed, which I had confirmation in writing, however this was not detailed internally by The Shaker Workshop and when I made contact nearer the time to install, they advised they didn’t have our project booked in. I was a contractor doing other works in the place where this company's kitchen was installed. The level of workmanship and the quality of finishing of the cabinets is just a joke. Tragedy is an understatement..
