I phoned The Secret Garden from Australia, devastated after having been let down by an online florist just a day before my flowers were to be delivered for a dear friend's funeral. The ladies at The Secret Garden were amazing! They were so kind and efficient, checking with the funeral home to make sure they had the correct time for delivery and then delivering beautiful flowers, exactly as I had ordered, the following morning.
