We switched rooms to a villa/casita because the room we were originally in looked like a motel room. We paid a little extra but the difference between the 2 rooms was night & day. The grounds and pools were great. We'll be back.
Beautiful location. Customer service at some of the restaurants could be better. Wonderful customer service and service at the spa.
My only issue is my hearing in the large room! Too much audio white noise in the room. Their audio system creates echo effect for me so it was very difficult to hear the presenters.
Its amazing here! Im talking about just focus on relaxing and enjoying their fabulous Day Spa! They have every penny worthwile specials. How can you resist?
