Busy, while there, but everyone was accommodating - friendly - professional. Facilities were terrific, enjoyable, and well suited for occasion.
My co workers and i were in on oct 15th for what we thought was going to be a relaxing day at the spa... the service was horrible. We ordered drinks plus water and that took over 1 hour to get delivered. The people at the cabana refused to serve us because we had already placed orders with the spa side.... one of our girls got so dehydrated and sick that she puked. I've been here yearly for at least ten years. Why does water in the room have to be $6? Will the food in JDs ever get better?
Had an amazing time. Rooms were spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Staff was amazing and service was always with a smile. The meals in the restaurants were absolutely amazing. The grounds were kept very well. Location is great and close to amenities. I highly recommend and I will be back.
We are having such a great time here. The staff are so lovely and go above and beyond to make sure visitors are welcome. The big, spacious grounds are clean and well kept.
We've been staying here for the last 25 years with a fair gap while we owned our own home in the Valley. We've tried many of the other hotels for short stays but the Scottsdale Plaza offers everything a good resort should, without the ridiculous pricing many require. After the recent refurbishment, the offering is even better. Rooms are huge and the staff is very friendly. There are many things to do as this is a very expansive resort. Good service is also top notch.
Beautiful! Bed was soft and comfy, the room was amazing. The service was amazing! Id stay again any time!
