This is the most deceiving hotel in Scottsdale, just a fancy Motel 6!!
Do not be fooled by the online pictures. This is the worst travel experience I have had. Just had to move rooms and the manager Emily was the most unhelpful person I have ever experienced in a customer service position. DO NOY STAY HERE!! It is like a motel with resort name attached, only its missing the resort feel.
they made us feel great, clean, place all is great
I liked it, I'll definitely go back . Is close to great restaurants. Nice to have a lovely walk with loved ones

The Scottsdale Plaza Resort is an awesome place to stay! Employees that worked the MCL Convention are great! Very hardworking and always were very nice. Would stay there again for sure.
This is a fine three star hotel. But priceline booked us in here as a four star. This is NOT a four star hotel and i feel ripped off. We're here for eight nights and are not allowed to pick another place.
