Biggest hassle and people were not very courteous or polite
Spectacular Resort where the Staff treats you like Royalty. High 5 to all that work here. Thanks for the experience
Our room wasn't up to a 4 star hotel the king size bed was very uncomfortable the TV was low quality the room furniture was dated and cheap looking
The rooms were comfortable and clean. Overall the resort is beautiful and well designed. The banquet and events staff including Josh were extremely helpful and accomodating. I liked that they had around the clock security. The food from JD's was excellent. Overall it was a great experience in a beautiful location. My only critique would be that they need better signage for getting around the property. If you're checking in st night, it can be a little difficult to tell where you are.
Beautiful place. Staff really friendly. Comfortable room. Had some issues with my door but they handled it. This is a little petty but the tv remote in the room doesn't let you use the menu (no menu button although the room directions tell u to use the menu button) so it takes forever to make it through stations. I just didn't watch tv. Overall I would definitely visit again.
The rooms were very nice! Very comfy bed and ability to stream movies. Our reasoning for the 3* was the food was terrible at breakfast and mediocre at the dinner event we attended. During breakfast, the croissants, waffles, and danishes were hard as a rock. Unable to cut into the waffles. The eggs had a weird texture and taste. Ended up only eating bacon �.
The room/villa was beautiful. Very spacious, clean, wonderful friendly staff. I enjoyed my short stay there. Wished I had more time to enjoy the amenities.
