The plaza is fabulous. The room is clean updated and posh. The bed is super comfy and the pillows we want to buy for our house. The pools are nice and the cabana bar is cool with plenty of shade. Although the drinks are too expensive. JD's was more reasonable and bluesman Mike was an awesome band. We had a blast here.
The place was fabulous that we stayed an extra night. Room was clean and spacious the view was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the main pool with the bar. Great experience would stay again .
Fourth time I've stayed there this year. Accommodations are first-rate. Excellent housekeeping. Excellent front desk staff. The only complaint I have is that 50% of the time the knock-off k-cup machine malfunctioned.
I had a work trip scheduled here that had to be suddenly canceled because of a death in my family. When I called to cancel, I was repeatedly and callously told that my needs breached their 48 hour cancellation policy and there was nothing they could do. What an awful added layer to an already stressful and tragic day.
This place is perfect for families! The pool wasn't crowded. The room was huge, very open with large bathroom and shower. Had a toddler and a dog and didn't feel like we were walking all over each other. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, not the normal resort prices. Everything was clean and beautiful! I work at a resort so I am very picky.
We enjoyed our stay at ghe Scottsdale Plaza Resort. I attended the Spa Day Retreat and decided to make it a staycation. Very nice
This hotel is lame. Pool sucks. And rooms are just below Average. No decor in the room. And they advertise Queen beds and I'm pretty sure they are Double beds. Plus the piece of crap coffee machine didn't work. I will n3ver stay here again. Even if it's Free
