Our business conference has been excellent! Service, cleanliness is impeccable. Grounds are clean and impressed with staff.
The grounds are immaculate, staff are friendly and helpful. The food is reasonable and very good. Looking forward to bringing my family here for another vacation ����
We stayed here with our teenage daughters for a quick getaway March 19-21st. The grounds were pretty & our room facing the courtyard was nice. We spent the majority of our time at the main pool which we found to be very clean. The pool was heated and the large hot tub was great. Janice at the pool bar was fabulous! She gave us great suggestions for things to do in Scottsdale & would follow up with us the next day to see how our evenings went. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely return to The Scottsdale Plaza Resort.
Our Family stayed here the week of March 4th thru the 9th. I would not recommend any swimming at the Resort. It seems like the pools are for eye candy and laying out next to only. Here is what happened.( Communication betweeen the Resort and myself).... There should already be a security report with our names and my phone number but no one has bothered to call me back on it.
