My family and I have been coming here beginning in 1990, and have only missed 2 years being here. We all have a wonderful time. Our group is always from 4 to 14, and at times have been larger. We so appreciate the updated rooms and the kid friendliness. We are in the pool from approximately noon until dinner, and then a little pool time before bedtime. I’m sure this year will bring the same wonderful service that keeps bringing us back.
I like how clean it is, and I like the pools.

Breakfast buffet is delicious, fluffy pancakes, fresh biscuits and savory sausage gravy, crispy bacon, sausage links, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee, fresh squeezed OJ, etc. Rooms are clean, pools are clean. Staff is on point. Dining is good, pricey but it's Scottsdale
loved the main pool area, the bar tender was great, and everyone was very friendly.
Wow we were treated like celebrities by staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. And when you would say thank you, some staff responded...”it’s my privilege”. I can’t ever recall being told that. We were given bottles of water as we entered to register, which we really needed. They anticipated our every need. Enjoyed the service, and surroundings. Food cost is on the high side for family dining, but good was very good and with the price! Great price points available. Stayed in a Queen Deluxe, only add on would be second side table by one need, and easier outlet ( 110-120 or at least 2.1 USB) access by the beds. maybe a larger TV for the space. Shower handle was loose on ours, but shower glass and cleanliness was like it was brand new. Great Light fixture choices.
