The large pool was full of pine needles. We requested a pick up and they forgot us. Coffee maker in room didn't work and we went to breakfast and it wasn't busy; maybe 3 tables. They told us to sit anywhere, and no one came to our table. After 2 parties were seated and served drinks and we were still ignored, I went out to the hostess station and asked to have someone sent over. I expected a top rate hotel and service but was disappointed. Have spent 1/2 the money elsewhere and didn't have these issues. Did I mention the hai... read more

Had a fabulous staycation here. The beds, pillows and showers were top notch. The food was really good and of course the pools were fabulous! We even got a fireworks show Sunday night! Staff was very helpful. Nothing negative to say.

We love this hotel for a staycation. Arizona Natives here. Love their Summer Pricing! Less than $100 for a 2 room King Suite. And just barely over $100 for a 2 story "townhouse". Great staff, beautiful grounds, good Happy hour from 4-7. I will always recommend this hotel. The only thing I'd change is their toiletries. They feel kind of cheap to me and not Resort quality.

This was our first time staying here. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The lovely concerige upgraded our room to a suite for free! So we had basically a town house for the night. 2 balconies. Huge shower downstairs. And our own little gazebo with a pool. We weren't fond of the food. JD's is extremely over priced. $18 for a plain burger.. Outragious. That was the only down side, the prices. I would defiantly stay there again, just not order any food or drinks.

Read about 2 people (Erica Lankenau and Stephen Smith-real people) who stayed at your resort and were attacked in your DARK parking lot, ended up at the hospital. As her purse was stolen and you didn't believe who they were even though they had the room number and could tell you what was in the room, they had to have the police vouch for them so you would let them back in to their room so they could leave. Management didn't even apologize. Sharing their story on my page so others will skip your resort.

After a shooting on property, they refused to help the wounded or compensate for lost hotel nights spent in the hospital. Unprofessional staff, and dangerous grounds. Please be careful in dark areas around the resort!
