I’ve been to two of SNN’s retreats now and I highly recommend - the retreats offer the perfect space to work through whatever is going on in your life, whether that just means letting loose, relaxing and laughing with likeminded people - or having a good cry in the presence of people who are there to hold the space. The food is AMAZING! High quality, organic, home cooked meals with amazing desserts. So nice to be surrounded by nature with the option to take time by yourself or be with the most loving like minded people.
The knowledge I learnt whilst studying with The School of Naturopathic Nutrition was absolutely life enhancing and invaluable. To understand and practice how to heal oneself naturally was an absolute revelation and cannot be underestimated in maintaining and further developing the quality of one’s health. I would definitely recommend it to one and all.
