Very bad customer service. I've been calling for weeks, several times a day, and almost never got an answer from the right person. They are unreachable by emails or calls. I am very disappointed. I will discourage all my network to buy your products.

I just bought a 5-liter crock from these guys 2 weeks ago and realized I needed a bigger size! I called them and they gave me a 10-liter crock with no questions asked! All I really had to do was pay the difference, and really that's no biggie! Now that's awesome customer service. I will for sure be back again! Thanks, The Sausage Maker!
Customer Service Sucks I placed an order five days ago has not even shipped still said Processing. I tried calling three times and I get no return calls. I have been splitting my orders between Sausage Maker and Walton's I think Walton's will be getting all my orders.
