Paid for two day priority shipping. Came FOUR days late. Sent numerous emails to seek refund or help with obtaining one. No response. POOR customer service. I will buy my casings elsewhere.

Hi Larry, sorry to hear about the late arrival of your order. Unfortunately, the postal service seems to play it a little loose with their estimated deliveries. Rarely does UPS or FedEx deliver that far off from their estimation. For future purchases, I would recommend using UPS for expedited or orders that are OK if late a few days. I ordered a vegetable grater on 1/22/19. Several days later I still did not receive tracking info or see any movement on my order. I called customer service on 1/25/19 and had to leave a message because customer service was out to lunch? I received an email from customer service stating that my grater would go out on 1/29/19(7 days after i ordered it). shipping said 3-5 days its been a full week and still havent recieved my single item package. Did not list as being on back order & the track my package just says its being processed. Customer service line is only available during certain hours so when you call all they can do is take another order or leave a message for someone to get back to you sometime. Will not purchase anything from this company again and will not suggest it to anyone else.

great store I wish I lived closer
I'm really shocked by how bad the customer service has been. I have the $3500 dry curing cabinet and the compressor crapped out after less than 300 hours of operation and a week later I've managed to get them to send me an email guide on how to reprogram the controller myself, and no word on when I can get a service visit. Really disappointed in both quality and customer service, buyer beware.
Great Spices prices and selection. I'll never get another spice from the supermarket... Ever!
